God, in His mercy, is gently prodding me to affirm His truth in the midst of my struggles . . . to make the narrative of His mercy the story I tell myself about my life. It is comforting to know that we are not alone . . . indeed, He has not left us alone, and never will. I so appreciate your willingness--your choice--to share the reality of your struggle so openly. He is, truly, building something good, and that something is eternal. That which is destroyed in the fire is replaced with that which has been refined.
